My stay at the hotel was fabulous. The rooms were lovely, cozy, and clean, although some noise from guests and maids could be heard due to their proximity to the front door. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we had issues with our car locked in the car park. The location was great, right in the heart of the jewellery quarter with easy access to bars and restaurants. The dining experience was simple but pleasant, and the facilities were adequate for my needs.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Jewellery Quarter, close to the ICC and a short walk to the city centre. The rooms are comfortable, but noise from the Button Factory nearby can be a bit disruptive at times. The dining experience may need improvement, especially with early breakfast service, but the friendly service and excellent location make up for it.
